This policy explains what information Burma Voice ("we", "us") collects when you use our text-to-speech and voice services, and how we handle it. We keep it short and plain.

Information we collect

Account. Your email address, used to sign you in and contact you about your account.
Content you submit. The text you convert to speech and any audio you upload to create a voice.
Usage. Basic records of your requests (e.g. number, length, time) so we can bill, show your history, and prevent abuse.
Payments. When you subscribe or top up, payment is handled by third-party payment providers. We receive confirmation of a payment, not your full card or banking details.

How we use it

To provide and operate the service and generate your audio.
To process payments and manage your plan and credit.
To maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
To provide support and improve quality. We do not sell your personal information.

Voice cloning

If you upload audio to create a voice, you confirm you have the right and consent to use that voice. You can delete a cloned voice at any time, and we delete the associated reference audio.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run Burma Voice (such as payment processing and cloud hosting), and only as needed to deliver the service. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Retention

Generated audio is available for a limited period (about 30 days) and then removed.
Cloned voices are kept until you delete them or close your account.
Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as required for accounting and legal purposes.

Your choices

You can delete your cloned voices, request deletion of your account, and ask what information we hold about you. Contact us and we'll help.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypting sensitive credentials. No service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data safe.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
