The service

Burma Voice provides text-to-speech and voice cloning, available through our app and API. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

Keep your login and API keys secure. You're responsible for activity under your account and any requests made with your API key.

Plans, credit & billing

• Usage runs on a plan. An active plan is required to generate, and top-ups can be purchased while a plan is active.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers (card and local payment options). Prices are shown before purchase.
• Credit is consumed as you use the service. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing going forward; changes won't affect a purchase you've already made.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Break the law, or create content that is fraudulent, harassing, hateful, or harmful.
• Impersonate a person or clone someone's voice without their consent.
• Mislead listeners about whether audio is AI-generated where disclosure is required.
• Abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Voice cloning

You may only upload audio you own or have explicit permission to use. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consent for any voice you create, and for how you use the output.

Content & ownership

You keep ownership of the text you submit and the audio you generate, subject to these terms. We own the service itself — our software, branding, and underlying technology.

Availability

The service is provided "as is". We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and generated audio is retained only for a limited time.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service. You can stop using the service at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Burma Voice is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the prior month.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
